Are you an experienced accountant or bookkeeper looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as QuickBooks Live Experts, working with small business owners to help them achieve financial success.

As a QuickBooks Live Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools, providing real-time guidance and solving complex bookkeeping issues. You'll build strong relationships with clients, instilling trust and confidence in their financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert bookkeeping and accounting services to clients using QuickBooks Online.
  • Evaluate and manage client calls, ensuring high attention to detail and efficient processing of client work.
  • Meet deadlines and have the ability to quickly process all client work per our service agreement.
  • Create high-quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence.
  • Evaluate and manage complex bookkeeping problems, such as financial statements errors, chart of accounts cleanup, sales tax issues, and more.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to ensure client follow-up and communication is executed timely.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and workpapers.
  • Perform domain expert services (bookkeeping/accounting).
  • Review information input by customers for accuracy.
  • Research regulations to support guidance.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • QuickBooks Online knowledge and a minimum of 1 year of experience working within QuickBooks Online.
  • Graduate of 4-year Accountancy, Finance, or related degree.
  • QuickBooks Online Pro Certification Required. CPA and/or CPB is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
  • High degree of customer service skills, ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and reassuring manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and determination.
  • Must write and speak fluent English with minimal accent.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City on a graveyard shift, between 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM Philippine time.
