Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Partner Sales Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for selling and managing a comprehensive range of RingCentral products and services with our partners and channel managers.

  1. Pursue and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and alliances.
  2. BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving mutual growth and success.
  3. MANAGE sales cycles from lead generation to close, ensuring timely delivery of solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
  4. LEAD qualification and sales pipeline management, focusing on high-value opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  5. CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW REVENUE STREAMS AND BUSINESS GROWTH INITIATIVES.
Requirements
  • VOCATIONAL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT IN BUSINESS STUDIES, MARKETING, OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO PRESENT COMPLEX IDEAS CLEARLY.
  • MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN OUTBOUND OR INBOUND SALES, WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESS.
  • EXPERIENCE IN CHANNEL SALES, B2B SALES, OR ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT IS A SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGE.
  • STRONG TELEMARKETING, TELESALES, AND HARD-SELLING ORIENTATION.
  • AMENABLE TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS, INCLUDING NIGHT SHIFTS IF REQUIRED.
