This role involves working closely with the US executive assistant to ensure accurate and timely submission of expense reports using Concur Expense software.

About the Role:
  • Key responsibilities include creating and submitting executive expense reports using Concur Expense software.
  • Process transactions in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with global expense report policies, approval authority, amortization, cost center/account guidelines, country-specific rules, etc.
  • Effective stakeholder management is crucial, requiring seamless communication and cooperation with the US executive assistant.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of executive expense reports is also a critical aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO finance/accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  3. CPA certification is a plus but not required.
  4. Ability to work North American hours is essential.
  5. Experience with expense reporting systems, preferably Concur, is highly desirable.
  6. Knowledge of ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, is also beneficial.
  7. In addition to expense report processing, experience in areas like North America invoice processing, payment preparation, credit card program management, expense report processing, partner payments, electronic payments is highly desirable.
  8. Microsoft Office skills are a must.
