RingCentral is looking for an AVP Manila Strategic Vendor Manager to manage cross-functional transformation programs. In this role, you will drive the critical initiatives and cross-functional programs required to increase revenue and maintain a healthy margin profile across RingCentral. You should have a proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, effectively building strong bridges in the process, and have a clear orientation to serve the best interests of the corporation and its shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cross-functional transformation programs.
  2. Drive critical initiatives to increase revenue.
  3. Maintain a healthy margin profile across RingCentral.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with BPO's with accountability to customer experience quality and productivity outcome.
  2. Strong communication skills and executive presence - key stakeholders include RC CxOs.
  3. Leadership presence - strong and visible leadership for RC Manila team.
