The Email Solutions Specialist supports an Account Manager in various duties, including the organization of email campaigns and the development of marketing strategies. This role is integral to the smooth operations of the marketing department and the achievement of brand goals and long-term company growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using leading platforms.
- Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
- Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
- Create and manage visual email automation workflows within chosen email platforms or collaborative tools.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
- Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
- 2+ years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
- Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
