Job Title: Operations Coordinator
">Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to oversee and manage day-to-day activities of our production department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, communicating with clients, providing support and feedback, maintaining accurate records, and adding products to digital catalogs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor orders and ensure timely delivery while providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to receive order status, proof, and tracking information.
- Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics.
- Provide timely support, research, and feedback on the progress of orders, changes, and client or vendor inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and vendor files and databases.
- Add products to digital catalogs and create client-specific lookbooks tailored to project needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management experience.
- Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
