Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Specialist to join our Growth Team at GrowthAssistant. As a key member of this fast-paced team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing programs to meet revenue goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign & Program Management: Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor emails (batch communications, triggered sends, and lifecycle journeys)
  • Manage and optimize marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Manage communication and alignment across teams (creative studios and operational partners)
  • Review creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign briefs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM (mortgage/financial services experience a plus but not required)
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Salesforce preferred but not required) and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows
