We are seeking a proactive and organised Remote Virtual Assistant to support our remote team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform basic video edits for course and social content.
    • Create engaging emails, social posts, and course material through content writing.
  • Course Management and Development
    • Set up and manage courses, update content on Kajabi.
    • Create slide presentations for webinars and courses.
    • Manage basic LMS operations.
  • Project Management and Organization
    • Track tasks and coordinate with the team on Monday.com.
    • Manage CRM, automated messaging, and SOPs using Go High Level.
  • Marketing and Client Management
    • Post and engage on social media platforms.
    • Setup and automate email marketing campaigns.
    • Provide client support via emails, DMs, and technical assistance.
  • Technical and Administrative Support
    • Update the website with basic information on Kajabi.
    • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
    • Enter data and format documents.
  • Professional Attributes

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with sales and reporting dashboards.
