
Remote Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Operations Coordinator to provide exceptional support services to our clients remotely. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing diverse tasks, from administrative duties to in-depth research and customer & executive support.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, organizing files, handling email correspondence, data entry, and creating reports.
- Research: Conducting online and offline research, compiling information, and preparing reports
- Customer Support: Answering customer inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues
- Communication Management: Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the client
- Other: May be asked to help with different aspects of the business as needed.
The ideal candidate will be organized, assertive, likeable, a good problem solver, and have great customer service skills. They will be responsible for taking ownership of deliverables to clients and working with minimal supervision. Property Management or Real Estate experience is a significant advantage.
Ideal Qualifications- A minimum of 1 year of experience serving as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant to a business owner.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
