Job Title: Assistant to the Manager

RemoteVA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to support an architecture manager in daily administrative and project-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Management – Sort, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the manager.
  • Task Coordination – Open, track, and manage tasks in ClickUp, ensuring timely completion.
  • Architectural Support – Assist in reviewing, organizing, and managing CAD drawings.
  • Project Documentation – Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for project tracking.
  • USA Structure Knowledge – Understand and apply USA architectural concepts when handling communications and tasks.
  • Client & Team Coordination – Facilitate smooth communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in architecture or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of USA architectural structures and industry standards.
  • Fluent in English – Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, Excel, and ClickUp.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
