About the Job
The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with end-users, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. They will liaise between internal/external teams to ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term customer relationships.
- Serve as primary point of contact and build positive relationships with clients.
- Generate potential business using existing customers and network.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services according to customer policies and strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics on a monthly basis (e.g. revenue, gross profit).
- Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectives.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through a reliable pipeline.
