Job Description

The role of an Administrative Coordinator involves providing daily administrative support to a fast-paced independent publishing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inquiries and Messages: Handle inquiries and messages across different platforms, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update databases, files, and shared drives as needed, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to streamline daily operations, including scheduling, reminders, and coordination with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
