Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of our property management team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property management, with excellent phone and communication skills. They will be proficient in spreadsheets and email management tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of resident communication, vendor coordination, and inspection scheduling.
  • Prepare and send bulk emails to residents regarding payments and updates.
  • Schedule inspections with certified service companies and track vendor proposals.
  • Manage ongoing projects across multiple properties, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Provide administrative support to the property manager as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience in real estate or property management.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and email management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with VoIP tools like Zoom Phone or Google Voice.
