Virtual Assistant Opportunity
">We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing files and contracts, and coordinating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners
- Manage calendars, email, and data entry
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Research vendors and market trends
- Coordinate project deliverables and deadlines
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of cloud-based tools and communication platforms
