Business Operations Associate

This role involves working closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes by analyzing price lists and utilizing CRM templates.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of quotes and customer correspondence.
  • Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance as required to support business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales administration role or similar.
  • Excellent written English skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
  • Experience with CRM systems (desired but not essential; training provided).
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to career development.
