Position Summary

This Administrative Operations Manager role involves overseeing the administration of key operational processes within the PMO Department. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing corporate calendars, developing communications, and facilitating project calls and discussions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the Corporate Calendar.
  • Develop and manage corporate communications for the organization.
  • Support the execution of daily administrative tasks.
  • Attend and participate in project calls and discussions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Digitally proficient with experience in using G-Suite apps and systems.
  3. Experience in using Smartsheets or other project management tools.
  4. At least 12 months of administrative work experience.
