Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Business Operations Coordinator to support our marketing team in various administrative tasks. As an integral part of our team, you will contribute to the success of our business operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor HMO enrollment and cancellation, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Process payroll bank account applications, maintaining strict adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare documents for client requirements, exceeding expectations.
- Contribute to the preparation of the payroll bank application form, upholding high standards.
- Verify and issue ID cards, guaranteeing accuracy and authenticity.
- Coordinate document deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Head/VP of Marketing, showcasing versatility.
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in any 4-year business-related course, demonstrating expertise.
- Applicants should be adaptable to a hybrid work setup, indicating flexibility in their work arrangements.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, showing eagerness to learn and grow with our organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,480.00 per month, representing fair compensation for your skills and experience.
