About the Role:

As a key member of the Executive Operations & Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless support to executive stakeholders across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and booking travel arrangements, managing critical administrative tasks, and optimizing daily workflows.

  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Manage the executive's appointment schedule, including planning and scheduling meetings
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or Executive Assistant
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
