Role Summary

A seasoned tax professional is sought to assume a pivotal position within our organization, driving key initiatives and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax preparation and compliance, as well as strong leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses using Intuit ProConnect Tax Software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, setting performance expectations and monitoring progress.
  • Act as primary point of contact for key clients, reviewing tax returns and providing guidance on complex matters.
  • Oversee data security and confidentiality measures, guaranteeing the integrity of sensitive information and maintaining optimal team performance.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a current CPA license and possess 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and accounting standards, as well as exceptional leadership and team support abilities.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Exhibit sharp analytical thinking, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and sound decision-making.
