- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products and services to provide up-to-date information to customers effectively.
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns to prevent potential escalation and maintain positive relationships.
- BUILD rapport with customers through effective communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system for seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support.
- At least 2 years of customer support experience in a remote setting.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools effectively.
- Familiarity with different CRM tools.
- Reliable internet connection and own work-from-home equipment.
