Customer Service Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer care department, ensuring that all interactions with clients are professional, timely and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer service specialists in resolving issues via multiple channels including phone, email, live chat and text messaging
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance team performance
  • Develop and deliver reports on customer satisfaction, issue resolution rates and team performance metrics
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they meet or exceed customer service standards
  • Recruit, hire, train and develop new team members as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on customer service or sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
