Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience across various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and in-person.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features or services.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service protocols.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
