We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Deal Support Coordinator, responsible for providing transactional deal support and administrative tasks that enable our sales team to close business efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in work. They must also be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and verifying incoming deals for accuracy; confirming transactions adhere to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines to close opportunities efficiently and correctly.
  • Ensuring approvals for non-standard deals have been properly documented, raised to the right approval levels, and resolved within set timeframes.
  • Handling contract amendments by preparing required documentation and routing approvals as needed.
  • Maintaining data integrity in Salesforce CPQ by identifying and correcting quote or contract discrepancies.
  • Entering and updating deal data points accurately in Salesforce and related systems that drive org-wide KPIs.
  • Monitoring internal Slack channels and routing requests appropriately.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ year experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite and Adobe tools a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English at a professional level (written and verbal).
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn sales operations processes.

Additional requirements include working 8 hours a day Monday-Friday between 8:00am-8:00pm (EST) or 8:00pm-Saturday 8:00am (PST). Interviews will take place during these times as well.
