Job Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber talent to spearhead the growth and development of our Amazon operations.

  • Account Leadership: Responsible for managing the entire Seller Central operation, driving strategy, and ensuring account success.
  • Compliance & Performance: Monitors performance metrics, addresses compliance issues, resolves notifications, and maintains optimal standing across all marketplaces.
  • Case Resolution & Reimbursement: Submits cases to Amazon for issues; secures reimbursements and tracks resolutions.
  • Listing Optimization: Develops and refines product listings (titles, bullets, images, A+ content) for maximum discoverability and conversions.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Utilizes Helium 10 and Google Sheets to analyze trends, drive data-backed decisions, and increase sales and profitability.
  • Logistics & Inventory Management: Oversees shipment creation, coordinates with suppliers, reconciles inventory, and maintains data accuracy for POs and products.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Planning: Analyzes sales trends and lead times to forecast demand and optimize replenishment strategies.
  • Pricing & Promotions Strategy: Develops pricing strategies, manages vouchers and deals, and analyzes performance to maximize conversion and margin.
  • Product Information Management: Maintains a centralized database of product data, pricing, packaging specs, and variations.
  • Customer Engagement: Responds to customer inquiries and manages product and seller account reviews.
  • Process Development & Scalability: Contributes to designing and implementing systems and SOPs to support future growth and building a team around this role.
