Job Opportunity

A Melbourne-based studio is seeking a remote professional to support the growth of their client base.

The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and experienced in sourcing leads and securing appointments with high-end clients in the design, interior, or hospitality sectors.

Work Details

Part-time position (20 hours/week) with potential to transition into full-time; AU working hours

Remote work set-up with independence as an contractor

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Research and Prospecting
  1. Identify and qualify leads in target markets: top restaurants, boutique hotels, architecture & interior design firms
  2. Track and manage leads using project management tools
  3. Monitor industry trends and spot new outreach opportunities
Outbound Outreach
  1. Initiate contact through email and social media platforms
  2. Craft and send personalized messages to showcase our product lines
  3. Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture interest
Sales Support
  1. Schedule meetings or hand off qualified leads to sales team members
  2. Focus outreach on standard catalog products to streamline quoting and design
  3. Support lead generation across multiple product lines
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or marketing
  • Exceptional research abilities with attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to engage with prospects
  • Familiarity with project management tools and social media platforms
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the hospitality, interior design, or architecture industries
  • BGCD Knowledge of premium creative products and high-end B2B sales cycles
