Lead Generation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and generating leads that can be converted into sales.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Buid relationships with potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Generate leads that can be converted into sales by providing value-added services and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide insights to improve processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other lead generation tools.
