
Virtual Operations Coordinator

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support client relationships, operational efficiency, and strategic execution.
- Manage CRM systems and databases ensuring accurate donation records, contact information, and community data for reliable reporting, insights, and outreach efforts.
- Update websites with event details, registration links, calendars, and graphics preparing and publishing registration forms and event pages without advanced coding requirements.
- Assist in drafting weekly community emails or announcements promoting classes, events, or initiatives.
- Anticipate scheduled events and community needs by setting reminders coordinating publishing timelines and working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and client requests.
- At least one year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail strong communication, proactive collaboration, and the ability to operate independently and as a team player while upholding company standards.
- A positive attitude honesty and a personable approach fostering trust and bringing an uplifting presence to work.
- Salesforce (experience with Salesforce NPSP is highly valued)
- Basic spreadsheet/Excel formulas and navigation (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables)
- Website management (e.g. SquareSpace Ecwid Wix)
