Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Educational Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth delivery of academic services to students and their families
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators
  • Collaborate with regional operations teams to perform payroll functions and other related tasks
  • Operate effectively in a virtual environment, utilizing technology to enhance productivity and communication
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a virtual operations environment is highly desirable.

  • Experience in handling payroll through ADP or similar systems is preferred
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Exhibits professional and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to month
  • Effective communications both in virtual environments
  • Proficient in using all communication media including in person, phone, and video
