We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Expert to join our team at HCLTech. As a valued member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming support requests, analyzing user queries, and implementing effective solutions. Additionally, they will escalate critical incidents to senior technicians or engineers as required and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1 year's experience in a help desk or technical support environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
