IT Service Desk Director

The Service Desk Manager will play a critical part in leading our IT Service Desk team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless issue resolution. You will work closely with other support functions and business leaders to align our support services with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the Service Desk team.
- Collaborate with other leaders within Service Delivery to ensure core responsibilities and objectives towards clients and stakeholders are met.
- Represent the Service Desk and closely collaborate with other technology teams to ensure incident trends, incident handling, and the incident management process are calibrated and fit for purpose.
The Requirements
- Accreditation in ITIL and Azure (e.g., 70-732, AZ-100, AZ-101) is advantageous.
- Experience in running a technical team with skills related to troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
- Ability to transition between strategic and detailed operational levels.
