L1 Service Desk Analyst

Job Description:

This position requires a technical support specialist who can provide first-level support for various computer systems, software, and hardware issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess basic knowledge of computer configuration and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening, logging, prioritizing, assigning, and closing tickets in the IT Service Desk, querying users for relevant information, attempting to resolve inquiries via phone calls, and escalating unresolved tickets according to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening, logging, prioritizing, assigning, and closing tickets in the IT Service Desk.
  • Querying users for relevant information regarding calls or issues reported.
  • Resolving inquiries via phone calls to meet service level agreements.
  • Escalating unresolved tickets in accordance with established procedures.
