About the Role

  • Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Document all support interactions and advance issues to other support teams as per documented processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 1 year of technical support experience in a contact center environment.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix, Windows administration, patch deployment, and system configuration.
  • Familiarity with security vulnerabilities and patches.
