We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Expert to join our team at Sutherland Philippines. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical assistance to customers via various communication channels.

- Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Document all support interactions and advance issues to other support teams as per documented processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 1 year of technical support experience in a contact center environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Linux/Unix, Windows administration, patch deployment, and system configuration.
- Familiarity with security vulnerabilities and patches.
