Job Summary:

Sutherland is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented person to join us as Sr Associate Manager Human Resources. This role will help us shape our organization's culture by taking the lead in establishing and executing Human Resource strategies that offer support and boost engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with stakeholders to create, develop, and manage HR projects related to business needs, such as attrition, talent management, and operational excellence.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Formulate initiatives to identify professional and holistic development training opportunities and organize training initiatives.
  • Provide career counseling and apply reward strategy to employees.
  • Manage disciplinary, grievance, and compliance processes and respective investigations.
Qualifications:

Our most successful candidates will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR functional areas such as talent acquisition, global human resources systems, training, and etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, law, or related fields.
  • Resilient, authentic, consistent, reliable, supportive, and visible.
  • Role models Sutherland's values & behaviors.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix structure; taking accountability and promoting common goals, able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Strong business acumen and willingness to continuously learn, keeping informed of industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Confident team player with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
  • Project Management and change management skills, demonstrates curiosity to get to the root cause of the problem, with ability to prioritize and deliver.
  • Well-versed in labor laws and regulatory requirements, ensures up-to-date knowledge.
  • Talent management expertise, career & succession planning.
