Job Description

This role is a key position in launching new projects, coordinating and managing tutors, planning and analyzing program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of programs and initiatives.

  • The Project Manager will be integral to the success of our organization by overseeing the coordination and management of tutors, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, and streamlining communication with stakeholders.
  • They will actively support our Regional Operations team, providing outstanding academic services to students and their families, operating seamlessly in a virtual environment, and maintaining our operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards.
  • Responsibilities include meeting operational excellence standards, providing virtual administrative support, managing class schedules, and monitoring all students' academic progress.
  • They will also help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives, manage their own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements, and conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress and adjust academic plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with excellence, and time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities, professional demeanor, ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives, and effective communications both in virtual environments.
  • Proficiency in using all communication media, building engagement and trust in virtual relationships, and working well with others.
  • Learning agility, ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, acquire new skills as required, and engage, manage, and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to manage remote teachers, high tolerance for ambiguity, and bachelor's degree required with 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
