Overview:

The Program Director will oversee the implementation of educational programs, ensuring their success through effective coordination and management. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate instructors and track student progress to ensure program effectiveness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families
  • Support operational excellence by maintaining high standards in people, financial, and academic performance
  • Develop and implement programs for students and school district partners
  • Meet operational targets and provide virtual administrative support
  • Manage class schedules and staff sessions to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor student academic progress and conduct conferences with partner directors
  • Perform other duties as required to drive business growth

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully
  • Professional demeanor and effective communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in using all communication media, including phone, video, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to build trust and engagement in virtual relationships with customers and team members
  • Works well with others and adapts to changes in the work environment
  • Learning agility and ability to acquire new skills as required
  • Experience working in a virtual operations environment and managing remote teachers
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work independently
