We aim to set new standards in entertainment, gaming, and service in Southeast Asia. What you will do:Promote and inform employees about all training programs. Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and foster a positive guest relations environment.

Help employees identify behaviors that contribute to service excellence. Ensure ongoing training to meet guest expectations. Use effective training methods to enhance understanding of guest satisfaction and demonstrate related skills.

Meet regularly with the training team to support training efforts. Observe employee service behaviors and provide feedback. Monitor enrollment and attendance at training sessions.

Assess participant progress and address concerns through regular meetings. Partner with operational leaders to evaluate technical and leadership skills. Review guest feedback and satisfaction data to identify improvement areas.

Measure the transfer of training to operational performance. Incorporate adult learning principles into training programs. Develop training program plans and budgets.

Align training activities with the organization's mission and vision. Identify performance gaps and develop targeted training to improve performance. Adjust training methodologies as needed.

Link training programs to key business indicators. Establish clear expectations for employees. Develop training to enhance service performance.

Drive brand values and philosophy through training activities. Include guest satisfaction focus in departmental meetings for continuous improvement. Participate in training budget development and management.
