About the Role

As a Client Retention Specialist, you will provide direct support to clients to ensure smooth and efficient account servicing operations.

Your responsibilities will include handling client inquiries and concerns, engaging with clients to promote membership retention and renewals, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will also prepare and present quarterly utilization reports to help clients understand plan usage and make informed benefit decisions.

In addition, you will organize and support client engagement activities, such as health fairs and wellness programs, to promote preventive care and client satisfaction.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, at least one year of experience in client servicing, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder / College Graduate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in HMO, insurance, or healthcare industries.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
