Strategic Business Growth Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join Johnson Controls, Inc. in the Philippines.
This role will focus on driving business growth through new opportunities across all verticals, achieving designated sales targets and developing profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of networking, industry trends, and sales strategy, combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement short- and long-range sales plans, preparing submissions to meet nominated targets.
Deliver assigned business plans, ensuring secured sales volume and gross margin.
Manage all aspects of SFDC, legal review, and bid management during the sales process, meeting compliance requirements.
Provide market insights and recommendations to maximize future business in line with JCI's growth strategy.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- No less than 6 years of experience in business development within the industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and accountability.
- Negotiation skills to achieve win-win solutions.
- Influencing abilities at all organizational levels.
- Excellent networking skills.
