Strategic Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Ifelse Philippines. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and excellence in the department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve their goals. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the department.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the marketing officers and business development representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Setting clear performance targets and KPIs for the team, and monitoring performance against these metrics.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, you will need to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry, and use this information to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications related to quality management principles, such as Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards or alike.
- More than 3-5 years of proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and/or quality management.
- Strong analytical skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings.
- Leadership skills: The ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of quality management principles: Familiarity with quality management principles, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards.
- Strategic thinking: A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that processes and procedures are implemented correctly and consistently.
