We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Industrial Controls Systems, Inc. (ICON). As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Application, Engineering) to provide product engineering, development, management, and sales solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and support on all business opportunities (MRO or Projects).
  • Main Point Person or Coordinator between ICON and Endress+Hauser.
  • Stay up-to-date with Product Knowledge, Business Flow, Sales Process, and maintain a high degree of competence.
  • Evaluate and advise on RFQs (directly handled by you or by a designer A.E. on direct MRO RFQs).
  • Perform product presentations or demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Answer all product-related questions and address queries promptly.
  • Track, review, and assist in implementing business plans to hit targeted goals.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Application Engineering or back-end support of Sales Teams.
  • A plus if there is field experience in installation and commissioning of instruments.
