About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Pointwest Innovations Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROVIDE CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales approaches
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of work-related experience in sales for IT services in industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare
  • Proven track record of success in selling digital IT transformation services such as systems modernization, integration, software testing, cloud services, data services, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and intelligent business automation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consultatively sell and negotiate with C-level/executive decision makers
  • Advanced skills in negotiation and client relationship management
