Job Title: APAC Training Program Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage bilingual learning programs for Manufacturing in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Language Support: Provide bilingual communication for Manufacturing training programs, assist participants with language needs.
  • Regional Management: Optimize sessions for APAC time zones, coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Quality & Backup: Document processes and procedures, provide cross-program support during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain high response rates to participant inquiries, prepare regional reports and communicate with stakeholders.
Critical Skills/Experience
  • Team coordination and management expertise
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

This is a remote position requiring full-time hours of 40 per week. The contract duration is 8 months with possible extension. Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages is required.
