Job Title

A bilingual Training Coordinator is needed to manage learning programs for APAC regions. The role involves scheduling sessions, coordinating facilitators, tracking attendance and providing support in Mandarin & English.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in team management and vendor liaison. A minimum of 8 months' commitment is required with a possible extension.

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaise with vendors for participant services
  • Document processes for cross-program support
  • Maintain service excellence with a 24-hour response SLA
