About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Training Programs Manager to design, deliver and evaluate impactful training programs that foster skill development and enhance team performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members.
- Analyze training needs and tailor materials to address specific knowledge or skill gaps.
- Conduct engaging and practical training sessions to boost employee engagement and knowledge retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training supports business goals and operational requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date training resources in alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to trainees post-training to ensure successful application of learned skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Programs Manager, Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use online training tools and platforms effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
