Job Title: Learning Program Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Sessions: Coordinate sessions for APAC time zones and manage facilitators.
  • Participant Support: Provide assistance in Mandarin & English to support participants.
  • Regional Management: Liaise with vendors, manage participant service desk, and optimize sessions.
  • Quality & Backup: Document processes, provide cross-program support, and ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards and prepare regional reports.
Critical Skills/Experience:
  • Team coordination and management
  • Vendor liaison experience
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is required.

This is a remote position with a contract duration of 8 months (possible extension). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
