Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of payroll legislation, employment tax, and social security regulations in the APAC region. They will also possess strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and risk identification.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics clearly and effectively.

The Compliance Specialist will work closely with internal teams to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency, and will be responsible for leading audits, identifying risks, and resolving compliance matters efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the APAC region.
  • Lead audits and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
