Job Description

This role involves handling various employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Responsibilities include addressing employee grievances, maintaining logs of daily HR cases, and tracking resolution times for process improvement.

Additionally, this position entails conducting pre-boarding activities, organizing orientation sessions, assigning mentors, ensuring IT/security setup before the first day, and tracking progress during the probation period. It also involves developing engagement activities, conducting check-ins, mediating disputes, and conducting exit interviews to improve retention.

The role requires assessing needs, developing materials, scheduling and conducting training sessions, evaluating effectiveness, and maintaining training records. It also involves processing payroll, managing health insurance/leave/retirement benefits, addressing discrepancies, staying updated on regulations, and coordinating with finance for audits.

Key responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to local laws, updating policies, conducting compliance training, handling employment contracts and terminations, and maintaining audit documentation. Furthermore, the role involves collecting and analyzing metrics, preparing leadership reports, using data-driven decisions, and implementing HR tech solutions.

It is essential to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR functions, document workflows, train staff on adherence, and identify gaps in processes to implement best practices and automate repetitive tasks.

Lastly, this role requires monitoring progress and efficiency gains, as well as making recommendations for process improvements.
