This role plays a vital part in promoting employee welfare, resolving human relations issues, and enhancing employee health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management
    • We require someone who can partner with clients to implement strategic retention tools and activities.
    • The ideal candidate will coordinate with various units on the implementation of programs, actions, policies, and procedures that impact assigned accounts.
    • The incumbent must ensure compliance of assigned accounts with all HR programs and initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement
    • We seek an individual who can manage employee engagement activities, including community building and engagement surveys.
    • The successful candidate will offer counseling services to employees.
    • The person must also manage employee complaints and resolve issues.
  • Employee Relations and Administration
    • This position requires someone who can handle minor to complex behavior and attendance administrative cases.
    • The individual will escalate complex issues to senior HRBP and HRBP Lead.
    • The incumbent is responsible for determining employee eligibility for transfer, promotion, or rehire.
    • They will prepare employee separation notices and related documentation.
  • General Admin Tasks
    • The successful candidate will create and prepare employee relations reports.
    • They are expected to ensure accuracy of all HR data.
    • The person may be asked to perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor/manager.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRBP, labor relations, or employee relations; ideally in the BPO industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace apps.
  • Good time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
