Human Resources Manager Position

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on the development and implementation of policies and procedures to effectively manage human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy Development:
  1. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal standards and organizational guidelines.
  2. Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in legislation and company needs.
Training and Development:
  1. Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, tailored to their specific needs and job requirements.
  2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve employee performance and engagement.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  2. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations:
  1. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing prompt and effective resolution.
  2. Foster a positive work environment through open communication and conflict resolution, promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
Performance Management:
  1. Develop and administer performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Work with managers to set performance goals and provide feedback to employees, supporting their professional growth and development.
Compliance and Reporting:
  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  2. Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and activities to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role, with strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in Technology and Security Solutions Industry.
Working Conditions:

Full-time onsite position with regular working hours and flexible scheduling as needed.
