
Human Resource Specialist

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on the development and implementation of policies and procedures to effectively manage human resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Policy Development:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal standards and organizational guidelines.
- Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in legislation and company needs.
- Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels, tailored to their specific needs and job requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing prompt and effective resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through open communication and conflict resolution, promoting employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and administer performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and provide feedback to employees, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and activities to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role, with strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in Technology and Security Solutions Industry.
Full-time onsite position with regular working hours and flexible scheduling as needed.
