Job Overview

The role of the Human Resources Officer is to oversee the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This includes managing recruitment, talent management, performance appraisal, compensation and benefits, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the whole employee's lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.">
  • Be the first point of contact for employee enquiries on HR policies, employment terms and conditions as well as company benefits.">
  • Responsible for the administering of payroll functions which include claims, overtime payments, bonus and monthly salary.">
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies and processes.">
  • Manage end-to-end process for all applicants and renewal of work passes and escalate any outstanding issues.">
  • Partner with HR colleagues to handle employee relations issues and support grievance/disciplinary processes.">
  • Data maintenance in relation to employee information and aligning with best HR practices and policies.">
  • Support internal and external audits, manpower reports, government surveys and more.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related disciplines.">
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management.">
  • Prior experience in banking and finance is preferred.">
  • Excellent writing ability and verbal communication skills in English.">
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.">
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.">
  • Good interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across various departments.">
  • Resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.">
  • Ability to work under pressure.">
  • Understanding of HR policies and legislation will be an added advantage.">
